Abstract: Tocalibratetheorientationpositionofthesatelliteorbitbythetemperaturesensors,theordinaryKrigingmethodwidelyusedingeo-statisticswasappliedintothetemperatureestimationprocessofthesatellite.Arapidthermaldeformationanalysismethodwasdevelopedbasedonthestatisticmethods.Basedonasmallamountoftemperaturesensors,estimationofthetemperaturefieldwascarriedout.Then,thetemperaturefieldwasusedforthefiniteelementanalysistoaccomplishthethermaldeformationanalysis.Differencesbetweentheanalyticalandtheexperimentalresultsofthedeformationofthepayloadarearound1′,whichconfirmsthatthemethodcanbeusedtoobtainthevariationofopticalaxisofthepayload.Furthermore,comparedtothethermophysicalmethod,theworkperiodcanbereducedbyseveraldays.Thisworkprovidesguidanceforrapidthermaldeformationanalysisofon-orbitsatellites.
