Abstract: Inordertoaccomplishaccuratemeasurementofintersatelliteclockerrorandtransferoftimeandfrequency,theequipmentdelayonthegroundareusuallyrequiredtobecalibrated.Withtheagingofequipmentandthechangeofenvironmenttemperature,thedelayofsendreceivesignalwilldeviatethestandardization.Byusingpseudorandomcodecorrelationmeasurement,combiningwiththetimedivisionearlydelaypseudorandomcodephasealternationmodulationtechnologyandenvelopetechnology,aninorbitchanneldelayselfcalibrationmethodwasproposed.Bydesigningaproperclosedloop,thesendreceivechanneldelaycanbecalibratedinrealtimewithoutinfluencingthenormalcommunication.Theresultsindicatethatthedelaymeasurementprecisionofthismethodreachessubnanosecondlevel.
