Abstract: Withmorepowerfulspacestirlingcoolercomingout,ifthecontrollerstillusestraditionalslowstartupandLCenergystorageandfilteringseriescircuits,anunstableandlargeovershootstartupcurrentwillbecaused,whichleadstothecontrollerovercurrentprotectionandpotentialsurgedamagestosatellitepowerandotherdevices.Undertheconditionofnotaddingcomponents,aslowstartupcircuitconnectingLCenergystorageandfilteringcircuitcooperativewaywithstartupcurrentfeedbackfunctionwasproposed.Firstly,thenewandoldcooperativecircuitswithlowfrequencyequivalentmodelofnonlinearMOSFETweremodeled.Secondly,themodelsbothintheconditionofsmallinductanceandsmallcapacitanceandintheconditionoflargeinductanceandlargecapacitanceweresimplifiedandanalyzed.Intheconditionofsmallinductanceandsmallcapacitance,bothcooperativecircuitscanbesimplifiedtononovershotfirstordersystem.Intheconditionoflargeinductanceandlargecapacitance,thetraditionalcooperativecircuitswassimplifiedtosecondordersystemwithoscillationcharacteristics.However,thenewcooperativecircuitsisstillfirstordersystem,whichsatisfiestherequirementsofnonovershootstartupcurrentintheconditionoflargeinductanceandlargecapacitance.Finally,thesimulationcontrastiveanalysisandexperimentalverificationwasusedtoproofthenewcooperativecircuitsrationalityandeffectiveness.Thetestshowsthestartupcurrentstableandnoovershootandthepeakofthestartupcurrentisrestraineduptoabout50%.
