摘要: 对压电智能梁振动控制中压电致动片的大小与位置进行了优化研究。首先导出了这种系统的机电耦合的压电传感方程和压电致动方程, 并基于致动器的模态影响矩阵, 给出了一个用于压电致动片大小、位置与数量优化的简单实用的优化准则。仿真结果表明, 优化布置的压电致动片可非常显著地降低控制所需能量。此外, 为验证用压电片进行振动控制的可行性及致动片优化布置的重要性,还对一柔性梁进行了振动控制实验。实验结果表明, 用优化布置的压电致动片可有效地抑制柔性梁的振动

Abstract: The optimal location and size of the piezoelectric actuators in vibration control of smart beams are optimized.The basic equations of the piezoelectric smart beams are derived.According to these equations,a practical and simple criteria to find the optimal location ,size and even the number of the piezoelectric actuator patches is given.The criterion is independent of the initial condition of the vibration and the control gains.The simulation results show that the control energy can be decreased greatly by using the optimized actuators to control the vibration of smart beams.Moreover,inorder to demonstrate the effectiveness of the vibration control,the vibration control of the flexible beam using piezoelectric ceramic patches is experimented and good control results are obtained with the optimal placed actuator patches.
