出气与辐射计效应对静电悬浮加速度计的影响

摘要: 静电悬浮加速度计的真空室内存在温度梯度噪声,会引起与之相关的辐射计效应和出气效应。运用气体分子运动论和统计理论对两种效应进行了分析,结果表明相同条件下出气效应引起的加速度噪声比辐射计效应引起加速度噪声大几十倍,对静电悬浮加速度计分辨率的影响更大。所以,静电悬浮加速度计的设计应将出气效应作为一项重要参考。

Abstract: Radiometer effect and outgas effect will occur in the vacuum chamber of the electrostatic accelerometer if temperature gradient noise exist.Based on kinetic theory of gases and statistical theory,the analysis and calculation show that the acceleration noise incluced by outgas effect is dozens of times larger than what radiometer effect incluced under the same condition,and the outgas effect also has greater influence on the sensitivity of the electrostatic accelerometer.Thus outgas effect should be an important reference factor for the design of the electrostatic acceler-ometer.
